Aici scrie ce date folosesc site-ul trueapps.eu și programul TrueDraw, de ce și cât timp. Pe scurt: strângem doar ce trebuie ca licența să meargă și ca să-ți putem trimite cheia. Nu vindem date, nu facem reclamă și nu urmărim ce desenezi.

Ce date folosim și de ce

• Când cumperi: plata o face Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), care este vânzătorul oficial și emite factura. Datele cardului rămân la Paddle; nu le vedem. De la Paddle primim numele, adresa de email, țara, limba și dacă ai fost de acord să primești noutăți, ca să-ți facem cheia de licență și să ți-o trimitem pe email. Paddle are propria politică de confidențialitate.
• Licența, în program: TrueDraw verifică din când în când licența la serverul nostru. Trimite cheia de licență, un cod anonim al calculatorului (calculat din componentele lui, din care nu se poate afla nimic despre tine), numele calculatorului și versiunea programului. Le folosim ca licența să meargă pe numărul de calculatoare cumpărat și ca să te putem ajuta dacă ne scrii.
• Perioada de probă de 14 zile: același cod anonim al calculatorului, numele calculatorului și adresa IP de la care s-a cerut proba, ca proba să se dea o singură dată pe calculator.
• Emailurile: cheia de licență și confirmările (de exemplu trecerea la Pro) pleacă de la noreply@trueapps.eu. Noutăți primești doar dacă ai fost de acord la cumpărare și te poți dezabona oricând.
• Desenele tale rămân pe calculatorul tău. TrueDraw nu le trimite nicăieri.
• Configuratorul TrueRoom: fără cont, proiectul stă doar în browserul tău până îl trimiți. Când îl trimiți, primim proiectul, o imagine a lui, numele, telefonul, emailul, localitatea și mesajul tău, ca să-ți facem oferta și să te contactăm. Cu cont (îl face atelierul), păstrăm adresa de email, numele, telefonul, parola (doar criptată, ireversibil) și proiectele salvate; un cookie de sesiune te ține în cont 30 de zile. Proiectele le văd doar atelierul și proiectanții lui.
• Asistentul AI: TrueDraw AI rulează pe calculatorul tău, fără internet; doar modelul se descarcă o dată de pe trueapps.eu. Dacă alegi în program Claude (Anthropic) sau ChatGPT (OpenAI), cu cheia ta, ce scrii în asistent și descrierea desenului ajung direct la ei, după regulile lor; noi nu le vedem.
• Site-ul: nu folosim cookie-uri de urmărire sau statistici. Limba aleasă se ține în browserul tău. Fereastra de plată este a Paddle, care poate folosi cookie-urile ei. Jurnalele tehnice ale serverului pot conține adresa IP și se păstrează puțin, doar pentru siguranță.

Unde stau datele

Serverul nostru este la Contabo, în Germania (Uniunea Europeană). Emailurile trec prin furnizorul nostru de găzduire din UE. Paddle poate prelucra datele de plată și în afara UE, cu garanțiile cerute de lege.

Cât timp le păstrăm

Datele licenței cât timp licența e folosită și încă cel mult 3 ani după, ca s-o putem reactiva dacă ne ceri. Proiectele TrueRoom și contul cât timp lucrăm împreună și încă cel mult 3 ani după ultima folosire. Datele de facturare le păstrează Paddle, cât cere legea. Le ștergem mai devreme la cererea ta, dacă legea nu ne obligă să le păstrăm.

Drepturile tale

Poți cere oricând să vezi datele tale, să le corectăm, să le ștergem, să le primești într-un fișier sau să nu le mai folosim; scrie-ne la support@trueapps.eu. Dacă ștergem datele licenței, licența nu mai poate fi verificată. Te poți plânge și la Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro).

Dacă schimbăm ceva important aici, actualizăm data de sus.

This page explains what data the trueapps.eu website and the TrueDraw program use, why and for how long. In short: we collect only what is needed for the license to work and to send you your key. We do not sell data, we do not run ads and we do not track what you draw.

What data we use and why

• When you buy: payment is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), the official reseller, which issues the invoice. Your card details stay with Paddle; we never see them. From Paddle we receive your name, email address, country, language and whether you agreed to receive news, so we can create your license key and email it to you. Paddle has its own privacy policy.
• The license, in the program: TrueDraw checks the license with our server from time to time. It sends the license key, an anonymous computer code (calculated from its hardware; nothing about you can be learned from it), the computer name and the program version. We use them so the license works on the number of computers purchased and so we can help you if you write to us.
• The 14-day trial: the same anonymous computer code, the computer name and the IP address the trial was requested from, so the trial is given only once per computer.
• Emails: the license key and confirmations (for example an upgrade to Pro) are sent from noreply@trueapps.eu. You receive news only if you agreed at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Your drawings stay on your computer. TrueDraw does not send them anywhere.
• The TrueRoom configurator: without an account, the project stays only in your browser until you send it. When you send it, we receive the project, an image of it, and your name, phone, email, town and message, so we can prepare an offer and contact you. With an account (created by the workshop), we keep your email address, name, phone, password (only encrypted, irreversibly) and saved projects; a session cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. Projects are seen only by the workshop and its designers.
• The AI Assistant: TrueDraw AI runs on your computer, offline; only the model is downloaded once from trueapps.eu. If you choose Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) in the program, with your own key, what you type in the assistant and a description of the drawing go directly to them, under their terms; we do not see them.
• The website: we use no tracking cookies or analytics. The language you choose is stored in your browser. The checkout window belongs to Paddle, which may use its own cookies. The server's technical logs may contain your IP address and are kept briefly, for security only.

Where the data is stored

Our server is hosted by Contabo in Germany (European Union). Emails go through our hosting provider in the EU. Paddle may process payment data outside the EU, with the safeguards required by law.

How long we keep it

License data for as long as the license is used and at most 3 years after, so we can reactivate it if you ask. TrueRoom projects and accounts while we work together and at most 3 years after the last use. Billing data is kept by Paddle for as long as the law requires. We delete data earlier at your request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, receive it in a file, or have us stop using it: write to support@trueapps.eu. If we delete your license data, the license can no longer be verified. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).

Changes

If we change anything important here, we update the date at the top.
